Product Enablement & Content | Customer Communication | SaaS & Knowledge Systems

I make complex systems clear, usable, and meaningful for the people who need them.

Over the past 8 years in SaaS B2B legal technology, alongside a longer career in information management, I have led content initiatives from planning through to delivery, working across product, marketing, and user-facing teams to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with real-world use.

I’m particularly interested in roles where content is measured by its impact on product adoption and engagement, not just output.

What I Deliver
  • Content and enablement that helps people understand and use complex products, driving engagement and adoption
  • Email campaigns and newsletters supporting engagement, onboarding, and communication
  • End-to-end content planning and delivery across blogs, webinars, email, and product updates
  • Practical resources used in onboarding, customer conversations, and sales enablement
  • Continuous improvement based on engagement data and feedback

How I Work
  • Plan and manage content across multiple formats, timelines, and priorities
  • Coordinate input from product, sales, and subject-matter experts to ensure alignment
  • Simplify complex information without losing meaning
